Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the restaurant's standards
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and delicious menus
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Assist in training new employees
• Stock responsibility
• Ensure the kitchen is working like clockwork
• Direct communication with the owner

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge to work and handle a hot grill service
